- SMSean MaloneyOct 17, 20251.0Had a employee goto cash his check, they has computer issues and the teller decides to make two separate withdrawals, not signed or approved by the account holder, then withdrew the check , doubled the withdrawal amount. I had to call in to get it fixed, when I called back the Manager said Im not getting my money back, intent off, If he would of just explained it and td me when how how it was being credited, Poor client service!!! I normally use the bank on Main Street, They provide amazing service. Zero starts for the 37rh street branch.
