  Had a employee goto cash his check, they has computer issues and the teller decides to make two separate withdrawals, not signed or approved by the account holder, then withdrew the check , doubled the withdrawal amount. I had to call in to get it fixed, when I called back the Manager said Im not getting my money back, intent off, If he would of just explained it and td me when how how it was being credited, Poor client service!!! I normally use the bank on Main Street, They provide amazing service. Zero starts for the 37rh street branch.

  I strongly advise against opening an account with this bank. After depositing a check—one from a payer whose checks I have successfully deposited before—the bank flagged it as “Possible Fraud.” This triggered a series of events that revealed their disregard for customer service and financial transparency. Without prior warning, they completely restricted access to my account, rendering me unable to receive or send funds, make purchases, or conduct any business transactions. When I contacted the bank, I was met with indifference and was told there was nothing they could do. Two weeks later, I received a vague letter stating that the funds from the check would be held until December 23rd. It made no mention of the complete lockout from my account. This lack of communication and their extreme measures cost me over $4,000 in lost business over the course of a month. Despite their timeline, access to my account wasn’t restored until January 3rd—nearly two weeks after their stated release date. This bank’s practices demonstrate a profound lack of accountability and customer care. The idea that they can unilaterally deny access to funds based on a single, unsubstantiated claim is alarming and unacceptable. I will never use this bank again. Their actions have made it abundantly clear that they prioritize their own interests over their customers' financial well-being. I urge others to think carefully before entrusting this institution with their money, as their policies and practices could have devastating consequences for you as well.
