Laura right away was so warm and welcoming and happy to have us there. We opened a new CD and checking account and she went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and well-informed about our transactions. She was just so sweet and courteous, we left feeling so incredibly satisfied. We actually felt like we had made a friend instead of just meeting a bank employee. Thank you Laura and we can’t wait to go back to the Bank of OZK on Manatee Ave.!

Overall, other than a glitch with my debit card that wasn't on the bank's end, I am satisfied. Eli went out of his way to accommodate me, and explained everything. I feel good about the decision to bank here.
