- DFDenise FiorettiAug 22, 20251.0I walked into the Wells Fargo bank at 200 Congress Avenue Boynton Beach , Florida yesterday the teller name Madonna let me deposit $550 cash and then I have a $85.80 money order that was blank from Western Union asked her how I should fill it out to deposit it into my bank, she said print my name in the pay too area sign my name at the bottom as purchaser flip it over and sign my name to endorse it. I asked her if I should put my account number on there and she said that’s not necessary 24 hours later the $85.80 money order was not deposited and cannot be found in Wells Fargo representative on the phone said there is no money order deposit and Representative on the phone Mark said I had to put in a CLAIM & he did & and said I have to wait 7 to 10 business days before I can call and find out where my money went. That’s unacceptable!! It should’ve went in my bank account right away or the next day being a Western Union money order. I’ve been with this bank since before 2008 and I’ve encountered unacceptable situations. One time I wanted a small loan less than my monthly deposit and agreed to have automatic payments taken out of my account to pay for it and I was turned down and my Credit score was well enough to allow me and Customer loyalty should’ve spoken for something.

They usually close at 5 pm on weekdays, I came here at 4pm sharp after work to add someone to an already open account and they told me they were no longer taking people for the day with an hour left to spare and no one else waiting… fast forward a few months later I visited again today because this is the closest/ most convenient location for me I simply needed a few months of bank statements printed out. I sat in the waiting area for half an hour no one asked “how can I help you” bad customer service… I took the initiative and walked over to the manager after seeing him just walk around and he said I would have to call customer service to order bank statements to my home addresses if I needed more than 2-3 months worth… LAZYYYY. I went to another location and got the statements with ease.
