It is extremely disappointing that I have both my personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo for over a decade and I am being given the runaround from them imagine how you will be treated as a new customer. Heres the situation my father passed away also a very long time client of WF. As his POA & executer of estate i went with all the documents to access his very small 4k account THAT IS ALL GOING TO CREDITORS BTW not me personally. They didn't believe the notary and made me go and have them fill out another form for "internal" WF policy. Fine filled it out still no access. Fast forward to after probate process now I have ORDERS FROM A JUDGE IN FLORIDA I have to pay medicaid and a nursing home the entire account brought the order to WF. You guessed right they didn't accept the orders and made me get original papers sealed so I did that and went back. GUESS WHAT THEY WANT ME TO GO BACK TO THE JUDGE AND ASK HIM TO PUT THE WORDS WELLS FARGO IN THE ORDERS. I have been there 6 times to try and get these orders fullfilled and now about to defy a judges orders because of YOU during a very difficult time. This story is still ongoing and I will be updating and posting more about this situation.
