They miscount money, deposited a check of mine and then said that I didn't bring one it, couldn't resolve an easy issue of moving money involved with stocks.... under your mattress is safer than this place

They neglected to add my sister as a POD even with a valid Power of Attorney and won't correct it without her coming back in which is impossible as she'sdying. Manager Patel never called me back as she said she would not did Supervisor Jennifer from CSS who said she took a complaint against the manager and would follow up. She never did and refused to take my subsequent phone calls. They even called my sick sister while she was in the Hospital under Hospice care to "get her permission " to correct their error. They also lied about having a legal dept. Stay away from this incompetent bank!

The staff will tell you that they are struggling and working both the drive thru window and lobby! The manager needs to be a manager and assistant in times like that! Customers do not come first here! The manager needs to do better!
