  Jan 2026 opened a new CD account with helpful, pleasant, courteous Assistant Manager Tim Conde. Process seemed to go smoothly. Tim seemed very thorough and made the process easy. I transferred my CD from another bank because the APY was greater than renewal from my account at another bank. I kept my longstanding Checking account open at the other bank as the staff is pleasant and I am comfortable with the online banking experience. When I got home I accessed my new TD account online. Reading the long Terms and Agreements I was not comfortable with some of the terms and especially did not like the way my information is shared with 3rd parties. When I left the bank I assured Tim, I would write a review here on Google. This morning I started review, but read TOO MANY reviews that were not complimentary! I have never encountered so many Poor reviews at any other banking institutions. It seems many find this bank most Inconvenient bank (opposite of their slogan). I was surprised but now satisfied that I kept my other banking needs at my original bank.

  I will say Ryan was okay but for some reason his manager took it upon herself(wether he asked or not idk) to turn me away after another bank was able to do the same thing less than 1hr or two before also she straight ignored me and two other people who were ahead of me. I try not to come here for the way they treat people. Look at the rating. And best believe if you're a POC you will get hella weird looks and different treatment. Update: It's funny I went to another bank after this and they helped me. Hmmmm am I baiting or did they not want to help me. (Store had 3 customers to 7 employees so not too busy) Switching branches. Takes nothing to be a decent human being.

  opened up a checking account 2 months ago and ever since I open the account every week I have to get a new card now today I'm standing in the store can't use the card because the fraud department block the card for fraud but I have no fraud on my account. This bank is BS! -0 stars.. And please don't contact me about sorting it out because y'all lost representatives had the worst attitude and no care on the phone when it comes to their customers keep telling me "I don't know " how you are the accountant on someones bamka clint and you don't know what's going on with their account 🥱🥱🥱 NEXT BANK PLS.
