  I will say Ryan was okay but for some reason his manager took it upon herself(wether he asked or not idk) to turn me away after another bank was able to do the same thing less than 1hr or two before also she straight ignored me and two other people who were ahead of me. I try not to come here for the way they treat people. Look at the rating. And best believe if you're a POC you will get hella weird looks and different treatment. Update: It's funny I went to another bank after this and they helped me. Hmmmm am I baiting or did they not want to help me. (Store had 3 customers to 7 employees so not too busy) Switching branches. Takes nothing to be a decent human being.

  opened up a checking account 2 months ago and ever since I open the account every week I have to get a new card now today I'm standing in the store can't use the card because the fraud department block the card for fraud but I have no fraud on my account. This bank is BS! -0 stars.. And please don't contact me about sorting it out because y'all lost representatives had the worst attitude and no care on the phone when it comes to their customers keep telling me "I don't know " how you are the accountant on someones bamka clint and you don't know what's going on with their account 🥱🥱🥱 NEXT BANK PLS.

  Candace and Ryan were terrible ! especially candace i went in for a cash advance which ive done a few times by the help of Ryan with NO issues and was denied by candace after being able to verify everything on my account because my signature didn’t match what was on my ID from the time i was 17. i never had an issue or was told about this issue until today as she stated “there were no changes made to the policy” & “maybe ryan made a mistake in doing the advance” after doing several ?? this felt like a disguise to tell me a no, without trying to help me or ask me any further questions i put the pin in for my debit card and was asked my phone number and still nothing but rude employees 0/10.

  Should have read the reviews first. Not a good experience. Firstly, the associate was 10 minutes late. It became clear that she has little experience with business banking when she thought the registered agent was a shareholder. She was insistent on a particular document, when others would have been adequate replacement. We have made an appointment with another bank, as this bank was unwilling to assist.
