    I’ve only had one thing ever happen here but was cleared up very quickly. The branch can sometimes be a busy branch and has no sign in sheet. So a little disorganized but over all a good experience with the tellers.

    I’ve had Citi bank for about 12 years and always seem to run into something with them. When the account was opened I had no charge for my money to be in the bank and now I do and if by chance I don’t have the fee they charge $34 for it which is crazy. And then I referred a friend so I could get the incentive they were offering and I never got it. I went in several times to get these things fixed/adjusted and nothing. So I said to hell with it and closed my account with Citi and the bank didn’t seem to care or want to help me with anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    It is convenient because it is next to the post office. The parking lot has limited spaces. If you can be patient for a minute or two, a space will open up. There are only two tellers inside, but space for 4.

    So mad. This place used to be open until 6pm. I went today and they closed at 4pm! Now I have to go out of my way to somehow try to go in the mornings. Why can't you be open until at least 5pm?
