While I like the convenience of the bank and they try to give good customer service, for what ever reasons they aren’t dependable at getting things done that they say they will do.

Beautiful branch and always helpful staff. Juan is excellent and very time efficient. As a bonus there is a comfy couch if you have to wait although I’ve never waited long at this branch.

I went in yesterday with my younger brother he had some fraudulent card issues and we wanted to get more information on his claim case. We were directed to Jenni Castritinni (sorry if I misspelled the last name). She was looking over the case my brother asked his questions. I asked why are they still charging him for a disputed transaction. She rudely said “I’m not allowed to discuss this with you.” When my brother was right next to me and I was simply asking because I was concerned and confused for him. He’s my younger brother and I’ve had experience with fraud issues before. I’m no expert but I was concerned for him and I understand there’s privacy policies. So my brother had to repeat what I had just asked her for her to answer the question. I was so offended and honestly felt stupid that I had to tell my brother what to ask her. So I asked her another question and again she responded very rude saying, “I already told you I can’t discuss anything with you since your name is not in the account and I’m not going to do this with you if he wants to ask me something he can himself I’ll bring out my manager now because I’m not doing this with you!” As she was walking away I said “Goodbye”and Jenni responded back saying, “Peace out.” I was appalled and at that point angry. The manager came and she was no help at all either. I asked her my questions and the manager ignored me looked at my younger brother and asked, “are you going to speak for yourself?” My brother responded back saying yes. I just don’t understand why we were treated that way. What if i happened to be his mother and not his older sister? The way she treated us was disgusting and unprofessional. I just don’t understand how these older women had treated us. The branch itself is beautiful inside but the service we received was uncomfortable and unacceptable. We still had questions about his case so we decided to head over to the branch in front of Coconut point where this young gentleman helped us and reassured us. We left with our questions asked and with reassurance how we should of left in the first place. If you’re a young adult and have issues with your card please don’t go to this specific branch save your time. You will get treated with disrespect and won’t receive no help at all.
