While I like the convenience of the bank and they try to give good customer service, for what ever reasons they aren’t dependable at getting things done that they say they will do.

Worst Customer service. The lady named Avella or Esella either doesn't listen to what your issues are or just doesn't care. Now that they joined BBTgo to those branches or like me make plans to change banks!
