The bank staff has been very professional and accommodating, however, every time I attempt to login in to my account, I receive an error message preventing me from logging in. No problems with my accounts at other banks, only with First Horizon have I had an issue. Decided to close my accounts and go elsewhere.

All the staff is extremely helpful. Today we called Harmony on a charge we were unsure of and within 15 mins i had a call back with all the info needed. I love that when walking in or even in the drive thru they know our names immediately and treat us like family. Thanks

The staff is great very willing to help. Your not told to call a 800 number to talk to an automated system. I feel that old school customer service is still needed at times. Best of all there is not a fee to speak to a teller or representatives
