They did send a client away trying to present something that wasn't correct and even then they went beyond and explained why they couldn't take it and what steps the client can do to fix. Everyone knows our names and it truly reminds me of Banking when I grew up. It was a partnership and no one was ever treated like a number as the big banks do!
