Choose another branch where you do not have to rely on luck and where you will get a professional, courteous teller. It is your bank after all and you are the customer. They have your money. They should respect you.

I asked to open a safe deposit box and they told me it's by appointment only because they are very busy. Lol! I explained to them that there were no other clients and they didn't seem busy if they were just standing. They refused. Awful! I would not recommend going to this location.
