The first person spent ten minutes on the computer and informed me that he could not find the information. I then went to another person and they spent ten minutes accessing the information. When I told them my wife, who was standing next to me and is a joint owner of the box, going with me, they told me they couldn't allow her access if she had not identification with her. When I told them I would go there myself they said they had to start the process all over again. At this point I became upset. The manager came out and not only had an attitude, because I raised my voice, she told me to leave. This is no way to treat a bank customer.
