Never open an account at this bank.
They will hold your funds for more than 10 years when you make a mobile deposit with checks.
This has happened to me many times and I have not been able to pay my rent on time. The manager at Glades in West Boca is never there, and when the manager is there, she has no time to assist customers, leaving customers without assistance.
This is was a bad experience.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location. Easy parking. No long wait times. So glad they opened near my home and shopping areas in W. Boca.

I had some issue and stop by the branch to solve it 25 minutes before branch was closing.
It was only one customer besides me in the branch. I asked manager to help, but she was too busy to interrupt her private conversation, she told me that she is ready to go home, then closed the door of her office with promised to call for someone…Really? Did I come to her private bank?
Is this a perfect customer service?
Where are we all going with attitude like this?
Very unpleasant and unprofessional!
Thanks to the teller, who took managers’ responsibility of that moment.
