I tried to withdraw about 4000 dollars from my own account and they just simply looked at me and my account as if we didn't belong together. All I had to do was resign my signature card and they wouldn't even suggest that to me. They just kept saying they didn't feel comfortable making the transaction. I'm a African American female and I work extremely hard and make good money. They are extremely racist including the branch manager. Awful service!!!!
