There ATM took $850 dollars from me and they claim its a 3rd party that services the ATM and all I can do is input a claim and wait up to 7 business days to get my money back they are quick to take your money and charge you maintenance fees but no sense of urgency when they take your money that belongs to you very unprofessional and irresponsible to take actions for their wrong doing. Will change banks for my business account and take my business else where.

One of the worst locations I've had the displeasure of dealing with. 0 willingness to provide excellent service. The other 1 star reviews on this page set a proper expectation on this location. Everyone there needs to be replaced.

If I could give a zero, I would. I have never written a negative review on any company every before in my life but this one takes the cake and needs to be written.
Due to Covid, I have had a nightmare of a time trying to open a new business bank account. The hours of the bank being open are limited and if you work a full day, getting into the bank to do anything is a struggle. I took off on a Monday to get much of this type of errand completed. I went into the bank and the manager, Dara Kane, who has been with Suntrust for 17 years and will now be Truist, (which I will make sure to write my review again if in the event this one gets deleted due to Suntrust going away to merge with BB& T), helped me to get my account opening completed. She was as nice as could be while I was there. She explained that it would be about a week for my card to show up and so not being able to see my account online yet, or have my card, I wanted to make sure my funds were there and get my online banking up and running.
Days later, I left work early to get to the bank by 3:30 to get my online banking up and running so I could see my funds and set up some bill pay. Dara was busy and no one else could help me so I waited for Dara until 4:15 before she and her associate (who was rude to me the first time I walked into the bank) rudely with an attitude said she would be about an hour (mind you the bank closes at 4 pm) with the client she had in her office. Needless to say, I am closing the account and taking my business elsewhere. An attitude from a bank manager... Dara Kane, you are a horrible person, let alone a manager. No one should wait 45 minutes to get an attitude coupled with a lie. You wanted to leave when you were done with the client you were wrapping up with. Horrible.
