- MTMs TessNov 24, 20251.0I had a very upsetting experience at the TD Bank drive-through today involving two employees, Lisa and Angelica. Instead of receiving basic customer service, I was met with rude attitudes and unprofessional behavior that left me feeling humiliated. Their tone, lack of patience, and dismissive comments were completely unnecessary and made what should have been a simple transaction extremely uncomfortable. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or talked down to, especially not at their own bank. I hope TD Bank addresses this, because experiences like this make people reconsider where they choose to keep their business. I’m sharing this in hopes that better training and accountability are put in place.
