  I've been to this branch at least 3 times and each time the service (different individuals) are not very friendly. I highly recommend that the branch manager spend some time at Coconut Creek branch south of there and see how your staff should service customers. How about starting with a smile or just being pleasant and say hello first, or maybe a good morning. When responding to questions, trying looking at the person and stop moving away...I'm talking to you! Unbelievable. Never again. Even though it's closer, I would rather drive to Coconut Creek for some pleasantry. I'm not going name names as I'm sure you have families to care for...all the more reason you should be nicer.

  Went to local branch to withdraw $10,000 cash for a car. I was told that I could only take out $5,000 cash! They said it's the policy at that branch. The guy next to me said to get 5,000 cash and a bank check for the rest. Of course the bank check had an $8.00 fee, making me have to pay a fee because of their self imposed cash policy. This is just plain money grabbing. In the end no check was issued because I didn't know the name of a potential seller of a car that I haven't even found yet. If you can deposit $10,000 in cash (yeah I know) you should be able to withdraw that much too. Thanks for listening

  Matthew and Darrell were awesome today. They took care of us quickly and efficiently while closing our deceased father’s account. They were so friendly and knowledgeable along with the other staffer. (This wasn’t my dad’s home branch. That branch wasn’t open due to staffing issues today. There was no sign on the door stating this. We waited 15 minutes, and then we called. We were told that only the drive thru was open.) Hats off to the Mission Bay TD bank staff!👏🏻

  If I could give this bank zero stars I would . This bank is the worse if you are a dark person of color or Hispanic they treat you like you’re some kind of thieve . I believe it’s a very prejudiced bank .The lady there treated me like if I was some sort of delinquent. I stopped to open up a business account and she keeps asking me a bunch of non sense questions why was the letters to the company going to pompano duh my accountant had it sent to him and when she asked for my id which still has my old address from Pembroke Pines mind you I ordered my new drivers license for new home in Delray Beach . She told me that she couldn’t help me basically . I will just take my mortgage papers and get helped sowhere else . This boca bank has this white lady there who is very prejudiced. I will not come back and give her my business . I was treated not very kind . She shouldn’t work with people who are a different race or skin color if her world revolves around white rich people only .
