  Why if i have a Canadien TD accounts i don’t have NOOOO advantages?? Anyway bad experience 1 stars

  Went to local branch to withdraw $10,000 cash for a car. I was told that I could only take out $5,000 cash! They said it's the policy at that branch. The guy next to me said to get 5,000 cash and a bank check for the rest. Of course the bank check had an $8.00 fee, making me have to pay a fee because of their self imposed cash policy. This is just plain money grabbing. In the end no check was issued because I didn't know the name of a potential seller of a car that I haven't even found yet. If you can deposit $10,000 in cash (yeah I know) you should be able to withdraw that much too. Thanks for listening

  TD bank credit card services is the worst and incompetent. I have been with the credit card for more than 10 years and I have never received a credit increase, I always keep my credit score at very good and excellent and I have never paid late. Then it caught my attention because this is the only bank that has not automatically raised my limit. After sending emails I only got mediocre responses that in the end did not answer my question. In the end I had to call, and they convinced me to do a hard pull, so I did it and after waiting 20 days for a letter to arrive, they sent it to the wrong address. I called and they told me that my request had not been approved, I asked them why, they told me that they do not give that information, I spoke with the supervisor, and same response. They wanted me to do a reevaluation. How do you do a revaluation without first knowing what the reason was? They changed my address, and I waited another 20 days for the response from the non-approved one to arrive. I wanted to talk to the department that makes the decisions, and they told me that clients couldn't talk to them. Do you find what I should do? talk to the letter and the letter will answer me if there is something wrong? This is the bank that gives mediocre answers as if they were robots. Too bad TD bank that you lose me as a customer. I do this so that other people who are looking for options, please, there are very good banks out there that do not beat around the bush and get to the point and help the customer. Don't waste your time.

  Every other TD Bank is open today (Wednesday) except this one for whatever reason. Had to drive out of the way to find the next nearest one.

  Every time I am here if I use the drive true they won't come until you actually press the bottom for service you wait a least 10 minutes. Like you are not important
