- JPJohn PrattiNov 13, 20251.0I have 2 loans with TD. How they call themselves “Americas most convenient bank” is beyond me. They don’t have online services for your loan, no statements or tax documents. Instead they use the ole’ pony express snail mail. Or for fun you can drive to a branch to get the statements, hoping the person TD sends statements to are working when you need them. Get real, it is 2025, figure out how to have online documents TD Bank. All my other financial companies have online access.

- PKPartner K-SupportSep 25, 20254.0not sure why folks are upset about this branch! they are very friendly and ready to help! the biggest issue is that TD Bank deactivates your card if not used for 6 months without giving any notice and without sending a new card. wish I knew that beforehand as that's a terrible policy.
