Can't talk to TIAA because they insist you only deal with the new servicer. I wouldn't trust anyone this incompetent with a nickel of my money !!!!!!!!!!

They think nothing of keeping people on hold for over 40 minutes. when you ask for the manager they hang up on you. it takes forever for a person to make a simple $ transfer. it's nothing like they promised. I am so taking my assets out of this nightmare of a bank
