  I needed to open various different accounts at this branch. Not knowing exactly which type of account to open l was helped by Matias Isias and Laura Carmona. They were both, courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They helped me chose the best accounts for my own personal needs. I would highly recommend this branch and it's staff for all your banking needs .The staff is bilingual and can assist any Spanish speaking person who feels more comfortable using their native language. Thanks so much.

  Arrived to open an account and was told everyone was busy and I could come back in two hours. They took down all my information and scheduled me for a 3 pm appointment. I arrived on time and then was told again that everyone was busy and there was no one to help me. I complained and they said the appointments don’t go through correctly and the times cannot be kept. I was then waiting for another 50 minutes and they close at 4 pm. They don’t have staff to serve the clientele that comes in. They cannot handle walk-ins and they cannot handle appointments. They are okay with saying “sorry we can’t help you” without any suggestions or solutions.

  Do not expect a robot bank to treat you better than a robot. Their pictures are nice, but you are just a number, do not be fooled ...

  Had a terrible experience with this location. The ATM in the Drive-through took $2000 cash... apparently it was a system error.. very frustrated came to the bank next morning and the manager (African American lady with short hair) was very unprofessional, and didn’t showed any compassion about the issue.. long story short is been 2 days and nobody called back, their answer is that it takes 1 to 10 business days to get my money back... BE AWARE... do not open an account here. I have a daughter and we needed the money in the account ASAP.... this is very serious issue people. What they are doing is not right. Hope this can help someone out there :( This is unacceptable..... don’t know what to do..... hope someone from corporate can see this post and help me resolve this problem.
