She is too busy trying to speak over others, she does not listen to problems, and she is incapable of providing solutions. "I did my job." No, you didn't even try. I feel sorry for anyone who has the misfortune of meeting her. Edit: Corporate has reached out, let's see how this proceeds. I don't expect much, I will update if anything useful happens. Edit 2: Corporate was able to provide a solution for my original issue. I have revised my rating to (4) stars, for their effort. They were so much more easy to work with, it is unfortunate that they needed to be involved.

The Branch Manager Andrea is very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Associate Sigrid is also very friendly and made me and my wife very comfortable during the time we visited this branch! Definitely will be going back for any transactions!
