- DTD TOct 28, 20222.0The location for me is convenient, and Citi has easy online banking. However, as a whole, Citi seems to make it very difficult to bank with them-especially business accounts. I opened several LLC accounts a few years ago and every single year I get threatening letters from them stating they don’t have my TIN (you literally cannot open your account with this number) and an extremely invasive questionnaire (where did you originally get your money from? Who are the signers on the account? When did you open your account? Where did you get the original money? Etc.). It’s just waste so much time and energy trying to answer these ridiculous “know your customer“ questionnaires that I’m rethinking my banking here. The people are very nice at this branch.

The Branch Manager Andrea is very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Associate Sigrid is also very friendly and made me and my wife very comfortable during the time we visited this branch! Definitely will be going back for any transactions!
