I didn’t have an umbrella and the teller that made my deposit walked me and my two year old to our car in the downpour with an umbrella. She was so sweet to go out of her way for us and kind of made my day. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she’s a pretty brunette woman that went above and beyond for a customer.

The 1st person I spoke to there said she couldn’t do anything. She lied. The manager said call Citi and I did, they said only can be fixed in branch. I went back and Nick fixed it even when the others said they couldn’t. Thank you Nick! Citi almost lost my business. I’m staying because of you!
