As I was waiting to speak to someone, I was told that no one would be able to help me or talk to me and I should go home and make an appointment. A branch employee told me that from afar without leaving her desk, in irritated voice and not even asking what I came for. BTW, I am a Citigold client, which is not, of course, printed on my t-shirt.
