the other day I came in to activate my bank card. Lady told me it is activated. Went shopping and it was not activated. The branch in Crystal River activated it with no problem. 2 days ago I came in to get a document notarized. She did not want to do it! This was my last visit to this Truist branch. Probably change bank altogether. Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!

Lost my business before I was even a customer. I wanted to schedule an appointment to open a business account and wanted to verify the documentation I needed to provide. I made 3 attempts of calling this branch during weekday company hours, not even between lunch hours. Left a voicemail all 3 times, not once did they answer and not once did they return my call. That should’ve been a clear indication of not using this bank but I went ahead and just googled my question, found the answer and went into the bank to open a business account. The teller was just so unfriendly and had ZERO customer service. I informed them that I’ve been trying to contact them by phone to schedule a appointment but I needed to open a business account and she tells me that I can not because the bank manager is on vacation. I said to her that this is why I’ve been trying to contact them by phone for 2 weeks and she replies, “well we are short staffed” and I just had to bite my tongue because you can just tell that this has laziness and poor management written all over it. No customers in the bank, I can hear the phone ringing in the back ground and the tellers were just sitting around when I walked in. Just glad I was able to realize this today and I’m even more glad that I called regions bank as soon as I walked out of there. Not only is regions bank right next to Truist, but they answered the phone on the first attempt by the second ring. They scheduled my appointment and the staff was SO MUCH MORE welcoming when I walked in. By looking at all the horrible reviews for this trust location, I’m shocked corporate has not cleaned house.
