Wow. I am shocked at the low level of basic banking knowledge that the manager in the Bellevue branch possesses. I have worked as an estate planning paralegal for a decade. I know about POA’s. Dania, the manager, told my sister, who is both POA for my 91 year old father AS WELL AS POD on his Truist checking account, that she cannot write a check to herself. WRONG. The POA document SPECIFICALLY states that she can. And they are giving her a hard time with basically every thing she does. AVOID THIS BANK. Especially the Bellevue branch and Dania. Oh, I forgot to add that one of the reasons Dania told this to my sister is because they don’t know if my dad is competent and can understand what she is doing. NEWS FLASH: THE ENTIRE REASON TO HAVE A POA IS FOR JUST THIS TYPE OF EVENT! Omg. SMH. Go back to banking school.

I mainly go through the drive-through at the Bellview branch. Sarah and Sandi are so helpful and are such a joy to talk to. I gave up on the Stonecrest branch and will go out of my way to go to Bellview.
