- BMBrittani MooreJun 4, 20251.0Came here on June 3, 2025 to deposit money through the drive-through. Susan was at the window. She had forgotten to give someone their money in the lane next to me. He was understandably upset, and so Susan had to deal with that before helping me. I gave her some cash and two checks to deposit. Upon looking at my receipt, I noticed she entered $100 less than I had given her. She seemed annoyed and had to go back and have the manager check her drawer. Once it was found I was correct and she had made a mistake, they reversed the deposit and corrected the amount. I left and went about my day. Upon looking at my account about 15 minutes later, I noticed she deposited the funds into my personal account and not my business account. Susan never asked which account to deposit the funds into even though she and I had discussed my business and I gave her my business debit card. I then had to drive back to the location and have that rectified again. Susan didn't seem very apologetic to me after making such big mistakes both to me and the customer before me. She claimed it was her birthday and was "distracted." Bankers cannot afford to be distracted like this, that effects people's livelihood. As a local small business owner, I would definitely not recommend this location for your financial needs.
- MGM GOct 29, 20213.0The staff here are nice, polite, quick. The bank's policy of not handling cash is the reason for 3 stars. Their reasoning for not taking cash is "it prevents money laundering". Heh, yet they take cashier checks/money orders - which don't require ID at the local walmart. So I just bring my cash to the Walmart, get a cashier check, and then go to Wells Fargo to deposit it. Huge waste of time and an even better way to launder money. .
