- SNSabrina NemecFeb 2, 20252.0I’m very exhausted from this location. It’s a revolving door of employees constantly and their ATM machine is the biggest hunk of garbage I’ve ever seen in my life. It can never read a check. I drive there for nothing all the time when I go to make an ATM deposit, it doesn’t read checks properly and it doesn’t allow you to correct it, sometimes it doesn’t even read it at all. It’s a horrible inconvenience. This has been going on for months with the check image issue seems they never resolve it.

They have helped me navigate through a difficult time after my fathers death and with my accounts as well. They work very hard all day long and are very busy and unfortunately short of help as most businesses are these days. They know me by name and are always attentive. Just wanted someone in the organization of Truist to know how great this team is.
