Janet and Teisha were wonderful. We were treated horribly at the Missouri branch and called this branch to see if they would help. Janet was sooo friendly on phone and Teisha was fantastic in person when we showed up. Greeted us kindly and were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend working with them.

People are often off from work on weekends and want to do Saturday morning banking, but oh no...not at Truist. Went to Missouri Avenue and this branch and locked up tight. Its about time ALL Truist banks were open for Saturday morning hours like East Bay and Dunedin. CUSTOMERS and THEIR needs should come first...not lazy staff who don't want to work on Saturdays. Time for everyone tired of being disrespected to get a new financial institution. Sun Trust was better but now as Truist, this bank is pitiful.

I live (41) years walking distance to this branch and was banking there. Unless you need change for a TWENTY avoid this disaster pit. I wanted a HELOC I was approved the first “team leader” didn’t respond for week at least after meeting with her. I had to track her down only to receive an auto generated email she won’t be returning.Week later another contacts me and guess what she is replaced after days and weeks of incompetence the third one who constantly seemed befuddled finally got me to tell her to JAMMIT! I’ve made a ton of business errors in my time but have NEVER seen such systemic and wide spread inadequacy Other than my wife passing from COVID, this has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
