Then you wait in the line in the lobby and then they tell you that you have to see a banker. Guess what.. then you set in line and wait for the banker. I don't know what Brittani's problem is but she's rude to me every time I go in there. She treats me like I owe her money. She's rude and condescending but the worst is the way she talks to people... customer service matters and that witchy attitude makes me not want to bank here.
