- TTTravis TaylorMar 31, 20251.0While opening a new account online in the area that we are moving to which is 1200 miles away, my current debit was rejected for the opening deposit so I had to do an account to account transfer which ended up taking 2 weeks to show up then the account was locked for fraud because of my transfer with no explanation which canceled my new debit and constantly I'm told I have to drive 1200 miles to the branch to fix it then after finally getting everything fixed and my debit card sent out I tried to activate my new card and again told I'd have to drive 1200 miles to the branch or wait another week for my pin to come in the mail. Meanwhile my wife opened an account online through a different bank and it was active and card in hand within one week. I will update this review depending on how long it takes to get my money back and close the account...
