  Gregory at the Valley branch is one the most helpful Bankers in Aventura. Whenever I have an issue, he is always willing to help. Recently I had a major issue setting up auto debit with car finance company and he made the time to help me get it resolved.

  This bank's employees bend over backwards to provide customer service. I have many accounts there and they have never disappointed me in finding solutions for whatever issues I may have. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Thoroughly disgusting when a bank outright lies to avoid paying a checking account bonus when I met all their requirements which included 2 direct deposits with a cumulative total of $7500 within 90 days of opening my checking account.I had direct deposits of $10,000 from my stock brokerage account which fulfilled their requirements and they refused to honor their $400 reward. This bank has no integrity and is totally dishonest. Update: When I visited the branch this morning, the bank manager. Claudia Paz was well aware of my negative review as apparently so we're bank employees. Ms. Paz was extremely gracious and courteous. She agreed that I had indeed met all requirements for the bonus and within a matter of minutes she credited my checking account with the $400 dollars I was entitled to. It is truly a shame that yesterday the back office employees with whom I spoke provided me with blatantly false information whereas the branch manager, Ms. Paz was extremely helpful by agreeing with me that I was entitled to the bonus. All in all my experience today with Ms. Paz was positive as it should have been from the beginning and she is certainly entitled to 5 stars.
