    No banking taking place here. Just robot employees that aren’t empowered to do anything on any of their banking products. “Call the 800 number” is the answer to every question. Section 8 bank

    Unquestionably one of the worst banks in Florida. Most South Florida banks have always had lousy reputations, but this one takes the cake. The Aventura office was their "prime" area office after taking over another lousy bank. Today, it took 5 tries - until the limit on rings had been reached - in order for someone to answer the phone, then put me on hold. Someone else with a difficult to understand accent finally answered. The Head Teller was out. The Manager was gone for the day. "What do you want?" Service! Which they offer little of. BY: A customer with 5 accounts and customer since the office opened.

    worst branch I ever been too. there whole system and design is completely antiquated. my teller was rudely passive aggressive and slow as dirt. the whole team was collectively slow. it took ten minutes to make a simple withdrawl .no sense of urgency what so ever . the line behind me grew to the door cause this lady was so slow.. and there was only one person at the front handling client while the rest of the crew wandered aimlessly in the back. i'm glad they have one branch not too far away thats better , cause if not i would switch banks
