They recently changed their policy and no longer accept cashier’s checks into personal accounts, but accept personal checks instead, which seems contradictory to me. Despite cashier’s checks being guaranteed, I was told I couldn’t deposit one. When I asked to speak with a manager for a one-time exception, the teller falsely claimed the system would recognize the check type, which doesn’t align with my knowledge of the industry. This experience left me disappointed in their customer service.
