  The worst branch of all time. I have been a Citibank customer for over a decade, the manager and employees of this branch do not care. They treat you like a common criminal every time you go to this branch. No one greets you, no one asks how are you, they ask you 20 questions though with a simple deposit transaction even when you swipe your debit card and enter your pin, they still ask is this you, what is your name, is this your account, etc. I have used this branch three times, and all three times the employees gave me problems with my transactions. The last time I was there, I wanted to make a simple straight deposit and they refused to do it claiming that my full name needs to be on the check, instead of the first initial and last name, even though Citibank issued my debit card in the EXACT same way as the check was written!!!!! This branch is outrageous and I promised them that I will not stop writing reviews and writing their superiors until I see a positive change. No one should be treated the way this particular branch's employees and manager treats its customers. The worst service!

  No one answers the phone at the branch. Impossible to get in touch with them. Not to mention they sent me to another branch after a 30 minute wait, saying it would be faster. I drove to Aventura where I was told they would call and make an appointment, I arrive no appointment I wait 45 minutes until I am told they won't have enough time to service me. Real nice waste of my time.
