- APAndy PhelpsMar 28, 20241.0DO NOT INVOLVE YOUR SELF WITH EDWARD JONES!!! Super difficult to get a hold of by phone, cell, email, trying to make contact is like an act of congress. Salesman comes to my store. Sells me a Life Insurance Policy for my wife and then he tells me how I can get an awesome business credit card. I got that business credit card. They gave me a $17000 limit. Less than a year later, they dropped my credit limit to $500 what an actual joke! Not because I didn't pay it or anything like that because I didn't use it in the 9 mos I had it. Causing a 48 point deduction in my credit score, which also caused 2 other creditors to lower my credit standing. Now i can't open the second location I had been planning. I am financially ruined, my credit score has pretty much tanked. Thanks a lot, Edward Jones, Josh Chase and Jeff Ladder. Edward Jones is supposed to work in your favor but the will ruin you. Thanks for having my family's financial future in mind.
