Got a car loan through this company, it’s not my bank and I have never worked with them. On the very 1st loan payment they proceed to take money from the wrong account, one I don’t even provide them. Instead of owning up to the mistake they passed the blame on to anything else. Literally a dumpster fire experience talking to support and management. Luckily my bank is on top of things and helped me within minutes, easy to say I will be refinancing my loan. What a horrible experience.

Deposited my paycheck only for there to be a hold on the paycheck. I have deposited my check multiple times with no issue. I called the number the banker told me to call to find out reason only to be told that there is not a single thing they can do and I will have to wait till July 2nd for the funds. I deposited the check June 23rd mind you and now will have to wait more than a week for my own paycheck? And told basically oh well you’ll just have to wait.

The two tellers (male and female) were extremely rude. Didn’t want to help us add someone on an account because they were do to close in 15 minutes. (We were done and out by 5pm) they very loudly spoke badly about customers going through drive through. I will never go back to this branch and don’t recommend anyone using them.

I don’t bank here and have never even heard of Truist Bank, but I had lunch at Poe’s recently and they towed my car despite it not having clearly defined parks spaces and the spot I was in had no towing information clearly labeled. It was a Saturday and the bank was closed but apparently they didn’t have anything better to do but tow 4 cars
