I opened an account for my teenage daughter to learn how to spend money responsibly but every time she overdraft the account they keep paying it hundreds of dollars they give it to a teenager that has zero balance on the account and told me it’s the bank‘s discretion on what they wanna pay. I said 20 years ago if I made a purchase, it would say decline when there’s no money in it can’t you just decline when there’s no money in it oh I’m sorry ma’am. It’s the bank’s discretion 20 years and I’m leaving this bank. I’m leaving this bank. I can’t believe they continue to pay purchases when the account is in zero. WARNING DO NOT OPEN A TEENAGE ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK. IT IS NOT HELPFUL. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. NO WONDER WHY THERE’S CASH APP.

On the very 1st loan payment they proceed to take money from the wrong account, one I don’t even provide them. Instead of owning up to the mistake they passed the blame on to anything else. Literally a dumpster fire experience talking to support and management. Luckily my bank is on top of things and helped me within minutes, easy to say I will be refinancing my loan. What a horrible experience.

It was a Saturday and the bank was closed but apparently they didn’t have anything better to do but tow 4 cars
