- JCJoe CordesDec 4, 20251.0They might be good as a bank but for auto loans they are a joke. You have to open a checking account with them and then they will charge you too separate dollar amounts and then make you confirm the amounts with them within a few days, all over the phone by the way and this is just so you can set up online payments, if you want auto pay set up you have to go into the local branch. I have never in my life had to do so much to give someone my money!! It's 2025 people get with the times and for god sake make it easier to do business with you. I refinanced with another credit union who was much easier to deal with and got a better rate. I'd give them no stars if i could.

- MEMary EliasJun 21, 20241.0I have had nothing but issues with MCcoy and to try to call to get help with my credit care and my debit card I was hung up several times along with transferred around to everyone that verified who I was but was NOT able to help me. Finally spoke to supervisor in fraud department that said I need to ask to speak to manager because someone at the branch had made notes on my account that locked up both credit card and debit from being used.if I didn’t keep pushing for supervisor then I would keep getting bouced around with no resolution. I waited on hold for over 45 mins. After making several calls and attempts finally getting the issue resolved I asked for manager to call me about why a block was placed on my card and what kind of notes was it that stopped me from using it for MONTHS! never received a call or an answer as to what the issue was. The branch put a block on my card and made it extremely hard to have it removed and then couldn’t give me an explanation to what the issue was. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
