    America's Most Inconvenient Bank, I recently opened a bank account at this branch as a Canadian, an overall painless experience and left relatively happy with a bank account at "America's Most Convenient Bank." To begin with, I had most options and features of the mobile and online banking completely unavailable to me. I later found this to be due to my information being improperly added to the account and I had no access to change it. To try and deposit anything into my account I tried a check deposit as I could not even zelle myself, it was placed on hold for an extended period of time but I wasn't too concerned with it. A few days later I no longer have any access to the account and when trying to recover the account I had no options other than entering a SSN, as stated before being a Canadian I have no American SSN. I come into the branch and wait close to an hour to hear that the bank account has since been closed and will not be able to open another account. With no clear reasons leaving me and the banker to just speculate off the limited notes the banker could see, being told that the most likely reason for the case is because of trying to deposit by check. Only silver lining being the helpful banker I spoke to today. This has most likely been the single greatest waste of my time in all the years I've spent breathing on this planet.

    This branch needs to hire more people, It is always a wait in line , very under staffed . The head teller is very knowledgable but you can tell she does everything in the store because of the lack of staff present .

    how any other Bank can compete in Apollo i have no idea, the staff are absolutely wonderful, and always make you feel welcome with a smile, lines at the teller are always short, and the Manager goes above and beyond.
