I had other Wells Fargo chains help me with these services before, I don't understand why I can't get help with simple, basic things I know they have the ability to do. Won't come back here.

- RMRuth MoiseJul 3, 20251.0Wells Fargo is completely useless when it comes to handling people’s money. I opened an account online but didn’t verify it in time, so I made an in person appointment. I sat down with someone at the branch and was told to wait for the back office to verify my CIP, just to confirm my Social Security number. Instead of fixing it, they put a hold on my account. Funny how fast they are to lock your money, but slow as hell when it comes to releasing it. People work hard for their money, and y’all treat it like it’s nothing. I did everything I was supposed to, only to find out at the bank that they already closed my account and there was “nothing they could do.” Seriously? Wells Fargo is unhelpful, careless, and a waste of time. Take your business somewhere that respects your money. I’ll never bank with them again.
