    I came in over 2 weeks ago requesting assistance to apply for SBA Loan was promissed that a repesentative would be in touch within 24-48 business hours. its Been 2 and half weeks. The woman manager with long hair at this branch needs to be FIRED!

    Worst experience not once or twice, but three times. I get in line for the commercial line before they closed. By the time I get to window I'm told they are closed and cannot help me. I'm also told there is no way I was there before they closed because they had someone checking.

    The Branch manager at this Montgomery branch was not helpful at all. It was your typical “I can help you, but I don’t want to because you don’t look like me” attitude. Seemed like he didn’t even want to be bothered or in our presence. But I’m not surprised in the least. I feel sorry for the employee who’s going to get reprimanded for actually trying to help us. Update: I just left another branch and my issue was fixed immediately with none other than the exact “impossible” (his words) solution that the previous employee suggested. I do plan on closing my account at the end of the month. Thank you for your business, WF. #unintentionalsocialexperiment
