  Dear TD Bank Customer Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint about the extremely poor customer service I experienced at one of your branches. My debit card was locked without any explanation. When I visited the branch, the staff were unable to provide a reason or solution. They informed me that my card would be reactivated and mailed to my home; however, it has now been over one month and I still have not received it. During this time, I have had to visit the branch three separate times with my two young children. Unfortunately, the employees demonstrated unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills. One staff member was rude and dismissive, while another repeatedly relied on coworkers to answer basic questions. It was clear that they lacked proper training and customer service standards. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and receiving my replacement card. Additionally, I ask that this matter be reviewed to ensure other customers do not face similar treatment in the future.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The staff at this branch were rude, and the manager was no help at all. I spent over an hour just trying to get help and no one tried to help me or even gave me a direction on how I can get help. Definitely not going back.

  Worst banking experience I’ve had in years. I came in to cash a $3,000 check and the manager at the Altamonte branch told me they didn’t have funds and there was nothing he could do. No effort to help, no solution — just kept insisting I “take his card.” For what, if he clearly wasn’t willing to assist? I explained I don’t have a bank here and the check was from TD, yet he offered zero support until suddenly saying I could open an account and deposit it the same day. Completely inconsistent and honestly unprofessional. I would never open an account with this bank after dealing with that level of service. Managers should not treat customers like this. Update: I went to the Sanford branch — they handled everything in under 10 minutes. Night and day difference. The Altamonte team should take notes and change management and staff.. The reviews are already bad enough!

  this is the worse bank ever. Today 10/1/2025 at 4:15 pm i entered the Bank with my $ 450 Prada sunglasses, laid them on the teller's counter and deposited my Checks. Transaction was done by 4:18 pm. i took my receipt, my handbag and left the Bank. as soon i left their Parking Lot i remembered that i had left my Sunglasses on the counter. I tried to contact the bank 4 times but no one answered the Phone. i turned around and entered the bank again at 4:24 pm. I asked the teller if they have my glasses but both of the teller denied seeing anything. i asked for the manager but they told me they both are not available . i asked them if they can check the cameras to see who may have taken my glasses but they told me that no one from the bank can access the cameras. none of them wanted to take m y information or wanted to help me. i called the police, when they arrived the Banks Manager came out and told the Officer that TD Banks Policy is that they do not access their Cameras for Customers personal Problems. The police officer tried to find out why this cannot be done and the Manager again told him that this is not their problem. I told the Manager that i will cancel my account with them and take my business to another Bank. the only Thing he said i am sorry to hear. But it will not only be my account all my family Members will cancel their account with them and we are not talking about small Sums here. i could only post this with giving 1 Star, but they don't deserve a star at all
