- VGVeronica Gomez3 days ago1.0This location is slow for business banking. In Oct. 2025 I sat for almost 20 minutes before I gave up and went inside. The girl in the drive threw was helping someone in the right lane and it just never ended. I thought wait a minute this is a drive thru? Today 1/9/2025 the girl put out the metal box and I place my blue deposit and she was busy doing something and I asked her can you please pull that box in? She said just a minute. I snatched it and went inside? If someone masked ran up and snatched it I would be responsible for 8K. Every time you go inside they have plenty of employees. I am just not sure what is upon with this drive thru. I will be going to the Lee rd TD bank from now on. I just don't have the time. This started in Sept/Oct 2025and its getting worse!

My debit card was locked without any explanation. When I visited the branch, the staff were unable to provide a reason or solution. They informed me that my card would be reactivated and mailed to my home; however, it has now been over one month and I still have not received it. During this time, I have had to visit the branch three separate times with my two young children. Unfortunately, the employees demonstrated unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills. One staff member was rude and dismissive, while another repeatedly relied on coworkers to answer basic questions. It was clear that they lacked proper training and customer service standards. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and receiving my replacement card. Additionally, I ask that this matter be reviewed to ensure other customers do not face similar treatment in the future.

I came in to cash a $3,000 check and the manager at the Altamonte branch told me they didn’t have funds and there was nothing he could do. No effort to help, no solution — just kept insisting I “take his card.” For what, if he clearly wasn’t willing to assist? I explained I don’t have a bank here and the check was from TD, yet he offered zero support until suddenly saying I could open an account and deposit it the same day. Completely inconsistent and honestly unprofessional. I would never open an account with this bank after dealing with that level of service. Managers should not treat customers like this. Update: I went to the Sanford branch — they handled everything in under 10 minutes. Night and day difference. The Altamonte team should take notes and change management and staff.. The reviews are already bad enough!
