Rather than help, she contacted a manager at another branch—where we originally opened the account—so she wouldn’t have to handle the issue herself. She even told us to complain to that person, suggesting we might get the checks faster that way, since the best she could offer was a three-week wait. I always thought banking was supposed to be about relationships and service. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Save yourself the frustration and choose another bank.

My previous employees had there check cashed with out a fee on Friday I came in that Monday to get mine cashed due to me not being at work and she lied in my face and said the policy was effective as of last week . which wasn’t true you just cashed everyone’s check with out an fee and then tried to charge me . This was not manangement but a regular dishonest bank teller. You could hear the trimble in her voice for her to find the words to just lie like this in front of my face like a modern day thief ! I drove an hour away to be turned around like a dog ! I wouldn’t come back here because if they would lie in my face like that about a minor fee they will lie about anything else !!
