- MSMatthew SnyderJan 18, 20241.0Manager had to be called over by teller because the endorsed checks I was depositing was “beyond their limit”. No manager in sight, teller left to find manager as more customers lined up. Teller and manager studied the personal checks longer than I expected. Then told bc date was illegible I couldn’t deposit them. Wasn’t able to deposit -any- of the 5 checks I had. These accounts have written checks prior and history shows all deposits ever made have been timely, and never faulty. You want to know why branches have zero foot traffic? Bc it took me three weeks to get to one only to be turned away as a customer for 30+years. Forcing the check writers to hold large amounts of money hostage in their accounts. Unbelievable.
