- MMMikeJan 10, 20233.0The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. It can be hard to get an appointment if you just walk in, call ahead or set one up online. Wells Fargo loves to charge fees that they aren't entitled to free account fees, service charges and signing people up for things, keep an eye on your account.

Long lines, lots of red tape even for the simplest and smallest of transactions, and best of all, the female manager does literally nothing but stand around watching everyone from behind the counter. She sees there's a long line yet she doesn't help the tellers out by taking some of the customers. They have long lines but only one person, occasionally 2, running transactions behind the counter from what I've seen. Never again. This experience makes me glad I chose to stop banking here a few years ago. If you like having your time wasted, go to this bank.
