  Worst experience (Andrew ) He does not have to be a bank employee. The worst treatment from the worst person who does not deserve to be a bank employee and. I have two business accounts and 2 personal accounts with Wells Fargo and I was thinking that to move my another business accounts from another banks and I bring them to Wells Fargo , but today because of this person’s treatment I will reconsider and close my accounts with Wells Fargo and go to other banks. His name is (Andrew). I wanted to transfer a money order and he told me, “Oh, I can’t do it.” I asked him why and he responded to me very rudely, “You can take your money and I will write you a check now and you are not welcome.” I asked him about the manager and he said, “I don’t have a manager and I am here to do what I want.” Then he finds my account has over 500k$ and he couldn’t write the check and close my account he was really wanted to close my account. immediately I went to chase bank and I opened accounts with them they are very awesome and very respectful and now I started to move my money to chase bank

  Oh, where do I even begin with the delightful experience I had with Florence at Wells Fargo? If I had a dollar for every time she made a customer feel like less than human, I could probably open an account somewhere else! So, picture this: someone walks in, eager to open an account, and instead of a warm welcome, they're met with Florence's judgmental stare as she sizes them up based on their appearance. It’s like she’s running a fashion show instead of a bank! Who knew that opening a checking account came with a side of condescension? I was simply astounded when she told a fellow customer, eager to start a financial journey, that they must have “no goals.” Because, of course, understanding the intricacies of her business is a rite of passage to be worthy of banking assistance. Who knew that banking was so elitist? Forget about feeling good where you put your money; apparently, you need to check your self-worth at the door! Florence clearly missed the memo that everyone deserves respect and supportive service, regardless of how they dress or present themselves. Wells Fargo, if you’re looking for a customer service archetype, maybe Florence is not your best bet. People deserve to feel valued when they seek help, not like they’re getting a lecture on their life choices. Here’s to hoping for a future where customers aren’t judged by their outer appearance and can actually feel good about their banking experience. Florence, maybe it’s time for a little reflection?

  First off what's with the appointment shit. Anyways made the stupid appointment got all the way there for Andrew to tell oh we need to reschedule. Ummm excuse me? There was one other customer in there and he was being taken care of. So you could have helped you chose not to. What a joke.
