- MSMegan StewartAug 14, 20161.0Long time customer of TD. I won't allow todays experience to affect my feelings towards the bank in general however... DEE, a TD bank employee was horrible. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and pressed the call button, no one came. So I pulled up front, ran in and asked if someone was working the drive thru, they said they would send someone back right away. If I hadn't had my dog in the car, I would have just done my transaction inside. So I drove back around and DEE (short girl, dark curly hair) finally comes back and says "can I help you?" Not "sorry for your wait", "thanks for choosing td" nothing! So she handled my transaction in a couple minutes, in reality it was a 20 minute hassle including the wait time. Honestly, at the very least she could have said the normal spiel, "thanks for choosing td, is there anything else I can help you with, have a nice day" or MAYBE "sorry for the delay". Is that really too much to ask? Oh ya, and don't worry my dog didn't want a treat by the way.
