  I've been a part of this financial institution for over 30 years, the same location. Today I was making a deposit, the lady asked if I had a debit card, why? I said no I do not, next thing you know I had to show my ID to deposit a small amount of money. If an ID was required, why didn't she ask me when I handed her my deposit slip? I asked for the manager he said it's been the policy since 2023. I've made many deposits in the last two years, this is false and untrue. If this was their policy, why would I be surprised two years later? TD bank has been dealing with government for their illegal dealings not me. From reading all the bad reviews, I notice it's the same lady in the drive thru causing problems. I'll be changing banks IMMEDIATELY, to get profiled after banking with this bank for 30 years and knowing they are using my money to make money is insane!

  To I arrived at the drive-through positive attitude, very respectful. Handed my ID and my money order to a woman at the drive-through, the older woman with the gray and white hair. I had TD bank for 13 years never had a problem. This woman literally refused to cash my order, knowing that I have enough money to cash it. She literally rolled her eyes and looked at me and told me saying she cannot cash my money order because of the account that I have. Anyway, I said OK in a respectful way I went inside of the bank told the other cashier bank and she kindly cashed it for me and she said she didn’t know what that was all about as I was getting my things to leave out the woman from the Drive-through And started rolling her eyes and giving me attitude for no reason I don’t know if she’s racist but God, don’t like ugly and that’s sad that we have to go through this TD bank get too much money for their employees to be treating people like trash when all we’re going to do is trying to get money to take care of our business and pay bill This is so sad I hope this reaches the right person and they work on change and make TD bank On Naman Road a better place this is sad. God bless. I will never come back to there though. For the woman, whoever she is, I’m praying for her

  This worst customer service I have ever seen from TD bank branch specially the older lady that she works at driver through she is rude never smile has big altitude I am very sad that I have to give that branch 1 star I wish I can give minus million That lady is bad for business I wonder why they have all these money laundry fraudulent issue lately I am moving to another bank
