I don’t have this bank but not misleading your customers is part of customer service

The ATM here shut down after I deposited over $600, went inside for help because now my money and debit card was still in the machine. Johnathan was useless and no one in the building knew what they were doing or how to help. No one could retrieve my money or debit card. I was told to wait a few days for the “guy to come and fix it” and I would get a call. NEVER GOT A CALL! I called this bank several times trying to get ahold of someone to figure out where my money is. But no surprise they don’t answer their phone ! Still don’t have my money. It’s almost been a week now. Take your business somewhere else.
