  The telephone bot had not been helpful to me, so I went in to see a human. The young woman banker took the time to look over the issue I was having and explain what had appeared to happen. Good experience!

  I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I came to this location today, in desperate need of assistance to complete two transactions last minute, to make sure my son has a great Christmas. I asked the clerk named Simone (whom seemed very aggravated/annoyed), if a check could be cashed or deposited. She quickly printed me out a slip that denied the check for cashing but she never even attempted to deposit it. She stated that it can't be deposited at all when asked again, twice. On the slip that was given to me, it said it cannot be cashed, but nothing about denying depositing!.She was extremely inpatient/rude due to closing time approaching and just told me that she doesn't know the reason, nothing could be done and that the check is bad which doesn't have anything to do with Wells Fargo. COMPLETELY FALSE!!. I went through the embarrassment of calling the issuer of the check, researching on the internet for possible reasons, calling the Early Warning Services etc..Lastly, I ended up calling Wells Fargo customer service, who told me Simone was completely wrong and he happily guided me on how to deposit the check right away, which could of been done at the branch before all of the misery I was just put through! I have a disability and because of her, my anxiety sky high right now! She almost ruined Christmas being unknowledgeable, lazy and unprofessional! My second transation I needed was handled poorly also, Simone stuffed the money in the envelope in a careless manner and rushed me. I've never been treated this bad by anyone in this company! I will NEVER return and highly DO NOT recommend this location!!

  I do not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone today. Banks change and Wells Fargo clearly hasn’t learned their lessons with all the MRAs they were given. I’m gladly leaving this bank and I urge other folks to do the same! Wells Fargo does not care about your data! There are plenty of banks that do!! Please do your research and find a new more updated bank who follows regulations and laws with customers data! I’m leaving wells because of a fraud charge they let through and also, there are multiple issues with getting a new debit card. It’s been a hell of a week with this bank and looking forward to never dealing with them again!

  I’ve been with Wells Fargo for decades, but the brick and mortar banks are horrible. The bank’s online and phone services are excellent. Thank goodness. When you go into the bank you can wait forever if you’re looking for person to set up accounts and stuff. The tellers are fine, but what I do with them I can do on the app or ATM.

  The employees are very nice and helpful. It’s the policies of the company that needs improvement. I went to the bank to deposit money into a significant other account and was told I am not able to deposit cash unless I am on the account. I have never heard of such a thing. So Be Careful if you have someone who want to put cash money in your account it will not happen. Cash isn’t good enough. I had to zelle the money into his account for it to happen. Thank you for walking me through that process. But I will never bank here worse policy ever.
