- MDMelissa DNov 12, 20251.0I do not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone today. Banks change and Wells Fargo clearly hasn’t learned their lessons with all the MRAs they were given. I’m gladly leaving this bank and I urge other folks to do the same! Wells Fargo does not care about your data! There are plenty of banks that do!! Please do your research and find a new more updated bank who follows regulations and laws with customers data! I’m leaving wells because of a fraud charge they let through and also, there are multiple issues with getting a new debit card. It’s been a hell of a week with this bank and looking forward to never dealing with them again!
- ABAngela BJun 11, 20221.0The employees are very nice and helpful. It’s the policies of the company that needs improvement. I went to the bank to deposit money into a significant other account and was told I am not able to deposit cash unless I am on the account. I have never heard of such a thing. So Be Careful if you have someone who want to put cash money in your account it will not happen. Cash isn’t good enough. I had to zelle the money into his account for it to happen. Thank you for walking me through that process. But I will never bank here worse policy ever.
