I've visited this location multiple times with one person ahead, and it's almost a 15-20 min wait! I ended up sitting down in the waiting area because the ONE person in line ahead sat down at the tellers area. I tried to wait but I was becoming aggravated as the staff watched and offered no help. Even though this location is 5 mins away from me, I don't plan on returning. I'll just have to wake up tomorrow (Saturday), and go to another location. I'm not sure why they would have 1 teller on a Friday afternoon, but it's not the first time. I thought I could beat the after work rush by coming earlier, NOPE! Meanwhile there are other people "working" while the bank is empty. Everyone is smiling but no one is offering assistance in that area. Reading the other reviews and realizing this is an ongoing occurrence is sad. Believe those old/new reviews about the wait time! I'm so glad this is no longer the my primary bank, if this is how they do business. I'll continue to visit the other locations, because this one needs work! Please don't ask me to reach out because management clearly doesn't care to fix the issues.
