Approach an employee with kindness and undertanding that things happen on the back end that are out of their control, or things happen that might be the customer's oversight, and they are more than willing to help. Approach with anger and being a Karen, what else do you expect?

The customer service at this branch was AWFUL! When I told the banker that I was not satisfied with her customer service, she got mad and her service worsened. I would highly encourage people to not do business at this branch. If this is the only branch you can access, switch banking institutions. This branch does not represent who Wells Fargo is and that’s unfortunate.

Now nobody will cash it and I have to wait WEEKS again for a new check in the mail as if I don’t have bills ! Manager (Christina) upheld the teller (deena) saying she did nothing wrong. Nobody wants to take accountability for their mistake at the branch & now I’m left without money !
