The customer service at this branch was AWFUL! When I told the banker that I was not satisfied with her customer service, she got mad and her service worsened. I would highly encourage people to not do business at this branch. If this is the only branch you can access, switch banking institutions. This branch does not represent who Wells Fargo is and that’s unfortunate.
