They put it up on 331 and she paid him that day with a local check he went and deposited it into his checking account at Wells Fargo. They told him the money would be available to him on 44. He wanted to pay the guys that helped him on that day also. On 44 he called my sister and said there was a problem with the check Wells Fargo was going to hold the funds for longer. My sister got right on her phone and called her bank TD and I heard everything the check cleared TD Bank on 42 so those should’ve been available no later than 44., my sister has never in her life wrote a bad check. She went to TD Bank with proof that it cleared and took it to Wells Fargo and asked why the funds were being held. The manager told her there was a returned item issue in the past, my sister never wrote an NSF check in her life. As soon as my sister showed them proof they release the funds if that
